• Community Café – Westville library 2:30 p.m. A safari in Botswana. Speaker Kelley Cavan talks babout the safari she went on. Coffee and snacks. All welcome.

• Riverton Cemetery – Annual meeting 7 p.m. in the Sharon St. John Church Parlour. Any person with connection­s to the Riverton Cemetery is encouraged and welcome to attend.

• Rotary Club of Westville – Annual auction at Westville Civic Centre Queen St. at 6:30 p.m. with auctioneer Adrian Van de Sande. Viewing 6 p.m., prior to live auction.

• Auction 45s – Trenton legion,

7 p.m.

• Music Circle Café Jam – West Branch Hall 6:30-9:30 p.m. Admission for players is free, listeners free will, $2.50 suggested. Light refreshmen­ts. Proceeds to community hall. Shared sweets!

• Grief Share Meetings – Christ Anglican Church, 50 Bridge Ave., Stellarton, 6:30 p.m. There are various losses in life, a loss of a job, a

loved one, a pet, or having an empty nest. There are many types of grief and let this be a time of healing, sharing, and listening. Everyone welcome, free of charge.

• Aberdeen Hospital Alumnae Associatio­n – Meeting 1:30 p.m. at the North End rec center in New Glasgow.

• Gaelic Friends – Starting at Pictou library 2 p.m. Informal gathering of

people who want to learn Gaelic.

• Special Meeting – of Br. #29, RCL, Trenton at 7 p.m. to further discuss scheduled renovation expenditur­es.

• Art of Living and Dying – Public presentati­on, all welcome, St. John the Baptist Church, 390 High St., New Glasgow, 7 p.m. Doctor Sister Nuala Kenny, a medical doctor, bioethicis­t and Sister of Charity will present. Reception to follow.
