7 DAY FORECAST, MAINLAND N.S.
CINDY SAYS: Finally some heat! As the fair weather system sinks south of the region, a return flow, or southerly circulation, is pulling in warm air from the south. Eventually, the wind will come around to the east ahead of an intense rainmaker. The wet weather will move in overnight Wednesday and move out Thursday. Rainfall totals are expected to be in the 30 to 40 mm range with higher amounts in localized thunderstorms. Friday will be a day of transition, before we get to the weekend. Mother Nature is going to serve up lots of sunshine for Father’s Day!
