The Tenement Museum is visitable by tour only. These are held hourly and cost $25 per ticket. The museum also offers excellent walking tours of the neighborhood. The museum is open daily. For info on tours and more, go to www.tenement.org.

The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum is docked at Pier 86 (Twelfth Avenue and 46th Street). It’s open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and admission is $33 (though to see the Growler and other exhibits, you’ll pay a bit more; see www.intrepidmuseum.org for full details).
