• Amateur Ball Hockey

• Employability Skills
Workshops – for youth held at Roots House Wednesdays from 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Workshops are for any youth aged 16 - 24. Topics include: Interview Skills, Conflict Resolution, Communication, Dressing for Success, and many more.
• Lego Builders Club – Tuesdays 3 to 4 p.m. at Museum of Industry, Stellarton. Ages 5 and older. Drop in to build, invent and create with Lego, including special projects featuring gears, machines, and mechanisms. Free admission, no pre-registration required.
• Funding Applications
– The United Way of Pictou County is now accepting applications for the 2020 funding period from local charitable organizations serving Pictou County. • Women's Survivor Group

• Twenty Minutes - at the Foot of the Cradle will be held at Second United Baptist Church in New Glasgow from 12:10-12:30 p.m. featuring Brian and Brenda Bowden. Refreshments to follow. All welcome.
• Monthly Meeting – of the Pictou County Prostate Cancer Support Association 7 p.m. in the UCT Building behind Summer Street Ind on Park Street New Glasgow. A social time will follow.

• Christmas Potluck – and caroling at 6 p.m. JP Gammon Hall in Scotsburn. Special guest: Santa. All food should be nut and shellfish free.

• Chase the Ace – Westville Rink and Westville Legion from 1-3 p.m. at Westville Legion Br. 35. The jackpot is at $8,299. there will be four extra draws for gift cards this Sunday.

• Candle Light Service – a candle light service will be held on Dec. 24 in the Barney's River Presbyterian Church, Kenzieville at 6 p.m.
• Christmas Eve Service – at 6 p.m. Trenton Church of the Nazarene, corner of Duke and Main, Trenton. All welcome.
December 25
• Annual Free Community
Christmas Dinner – hosted at St. George's Anglican Church, Temperance St., New Glasgow , noon to 2 p.m. in Lower Hall, enter from Forbes St. Roast Turkey and all the fixings, plus a delicious dessert. This dinner is open to all who otherwise might be alone or unable to enjoy a Christmas Dinner this year. It is an eat-in event.
