Do you enjoy a delicious cup of tea? Are you interested in learning more about your favourite hot beverage? Tea is a drink with a fascinating history and a rich culture. Amanda Galenkamp of the Polar Tea Company and certified tea sommelier James Cadeau will be at the Crystal Ridge branch of the Fort Erie Public Library on Wednesday, March 8, beginning at 6:45 p.m. to share not only information, but tastings. A registration fee of $12 will entitle you to a professional tea tasting with three rounds of tasting and a total of 24 different teas. Teas will also be available for purchase, with an option for credit card/debit. This program sold out quickly when it was offered in the fall, with three generations of some families enjoying the evening together, so be sure to reserve your spot soon. Tea tastings aren’t the only ‘in-demand’ programs at the library; read on.
