Still Standing

A fresh episode of this homegrown series, which follows Murdoch Mysteries star Jonny Harris as he travels to struggling communitie­s, lands in Edgerton, Alta., where the farming industry has taken a hit. While there, Harris goes for a motorcycle ride with the mayor, engages his core with some belly dancing and discovers the true horse power behind chuckwagon racing. He also meets a group of childhood friends, whose new brewery might just get this community to bubble back to the top again. (CBC)

World of Dance

It’s a new episode of the breakout internatio­nal dancing competitio­n. In The Cut 1, American ballet superstar Misty Copeland joins the judges table with Jennifer Lopez, Derek Hough and Ne-Yo. The acts face the deepest and most intense cut of the season. The judges will score each act’s performanc­e based on artistry, precision and athleticis­m. Only the top two highest-scoring acts from each division will move on to the divisional finals and be one step closer to winning a grand prize of $1 million. (CTV/NBC)

Born This Way

The season 3 finale, Red Carpet Wars II, brings drama for its core group of adults with Down syndrome. The annual Red Carpet Ball becomes more of a joust than a dance when Steven shows up with Glee actress Lauren Potter as his date, upsetting Megan in the process. (A&E)

Being Mary Jane

Season 4 of this drama about the titular cable news anchor continues with the instalment Feeling Raw. Distrustfu­l of Justin (Michael Ealy), after Kara’s (Lisa Vidal), firing, Mary Jane (Gabrielle Union), tries to make it work with Lee (Chiké Okonkwo), but resisting Justin undermines her performanc­e in the coveted co-anchor spot of the morning show. Queen of the South

This drama-thriller — an adaptation of the successful telenovela La Reina del Sur — centres on Teresa Mendoza (Alice Braga), who flees Mexico after her drug-runner boyfriend is murdered. While in Dallas, she aspires to become the country’s reigning drug smuggler and to avenge her lover’s murder. The season 2 premiere sees her broker a deal with an eccentric smuggler. (Bravo)

Mysteries at the Museum

In an intriguing-sounding new episode — titled Reckless, Thousand Island Dressing and the Tornado — host Don Wildman examines a hero horse who risked her life, a culinary mystery about a popular salad dressing and an Olympic runner’s battle with polio. (DTOUR)

Rattled

In a new episode with a title that sounds more like a gym routine — Return of the Quads — Jarrel won’t talk custody with Krystal without a DNA test. Aly’s allergic reaction during labour makes her high-risk pregnancy more dangerous, the quads are back and busting out of their house, and pregnant wrestler Brooke is terrified of giving birth.
