Break-in on Water St.

A home on Water St. was entered through an unlocked window sometime between noon and 7 p.m. on Monday, city police said. A MacBook Pro laptop computer and a small television were among the items stolen, police said. The residents were not home at the time, police said. City police say people should ensure windows and doors are locked all times before leaving their home to help prevent a break-in.
