We say: Our tester, who was already a fan of the Kat von D Lock-it Foundation, was excited to try this concealer creme. And she wasn’t disappointed. The product goes on completely opaque, for a full-coverage, stay-all-day finish. A few dabs with the applicator wand under each eye was all it took to completely banish under-eye bags. Blending was easy with either a makeup sponge, Kat von D brush — or just a fingertip.
