Drunk driving charge

Police stopped a car near Aylmer and Hunter streets just after 3 a.m. Oct. 8 and, after allegedly smelling alcohol on the driver’s breath, took a breath sample. Justin Grant Jones, 26, of Hillview Dr., Keene, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with more than 80mg blood alcohol concentration. He was released and will appear in court Nov. 10.
