Uxbridge rebounds to even series with Lakefield Chiefs

The host Uxbridge Bruins evened up the PJHL Orr Division best of seven semifinal with a 4-2 win over the Lakefield Chiefs Friday night. Aaron Vatcher and Tarren Jank scored for Lakefield who are sponsored by Hendren Funeral Homes. Assists went to Nick Hildenbrand and Ethan Schott. Michael Christie made 25 saves. Uxbridge’s Cameron Moffit scored two goals with singles to Aiden Reilly and Jackson Evans. Ryan McConkey made 42 saves for the win. Next game is at 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the Lakefield-Smith Community Centre.
