Authors for Indie tour comes to Hunter Street Books
Hunter Street Books in downtown Peterborough is hosting 10 Canadian writers on April 29 as part of a Canada-wide event.
It’s called Authors for Indies, part of a national campaign in support of independent bookstores.
More than 65 stores from across the country are participating, including Hunter Street Books.
Hundreds of Canadian authors will take part; they will all be volunteering as guest booksellers at the stores.
Hunter Street Books is located at 164 Hunter St. W., Unit 3.

Ann Douglas: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Douglas is a health and parenting author from Peterborough whose latest book is called
