Driver leaves after teen pedestrian struck

FENELON FALLS - City of Kawartha Lakes OPP are looking to speak with the driver of an SUV involved in a hit-and-run collision with a pedestrian last week in Fenelon Falls. A 16-year-old pedestrian suffered minor injuries after being struck by an SUV around 2:45 p.m. Wednesday while the vehicle was turning from Helen Street to Lindsay Street, police said. The driver did not remain on scene, police said. The vehicle was a grey 2006 Chevrolet Trailblaze­r, police said.
