MUSEUM: Made in Canada – Really!, a look at the industries and businesses of the past in Peterborou­gh and those that remain, exhibit runs until Oct. 1. Made possible by the Community Fund for Canada's 150th, a collaborat­ion between the Community Foundation of Greater Peterborou­gh, Community Foundation­s of Canada and the federal government. At 300 Hunter St. E., Museum Drive, on top of Armour Hill. Open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and noon to 5 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays. Admission by donation.

SCOTTISH TEA: Daily except Mondays until Labour Day, Scottish Teas will be available from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Hutchison House museum, 270 Brock St. Served on the terrace in the period garden, includes fresh baked scones, preserves, whipped cream, oatcakes, and tea, lemonade, or ice tea. SENIORS: Community Care of the City of Kawartha Lakes holds an Adult Day programme each Monday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. at Trinity United Church, Omemee. The programme is offered to frail seniors, and those residents with memory impairment and/or physical disabiliti­es. MOVIES IN THE PARK: The Ben Van Veen Summer Family Film Series presents Harry Potter and the Philosophe­r's Stone (2001, rated PG), Millennium Park. The movie starts at dusk and attendees should bring a blanket or lawn chair. Free.

SHAMROCK FESTIVAL: Ennismore Shamrock Festival will begin on Friday at the Ennismore Community Centre with a fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. Saturday is a Family Fun Day, with ball hockey, soccer and rookie ball tournament, bouncy castles, barbecue, petting zoo and face painting. At noon Sunday there will be a Truck and Tractor Pull along with a Huge Indoor Craft Show at the Ennismore Community Centre. At the Robert E.
