Cocaine thrown out window as police arrive

City police officers saw bags of cocaine being thrown out of a window before raiding a Park St. home Wednesday night as part of an ongoing drug probe.

The search happened Wednesday and included members of the service’s Peterborou­gh Police ICAD (Intelligen­ce, Crime Analysis, Asset Forfeiture and Drug Unit) and the the Emergency Response Team.

As they arrived, the officers saw the drugs being tossed and recovered 73 grams of cocaine from the front lawn and roof. Nine people were arrested. Justin Ronald Boyer, 27, of Peterborou­gh, was charged with possession for the purpose of traffickin­g (cocaine), possession of oxycodone for the purpose of traffickin­g, possession of marijuana, possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000 and two counts of breach of probation.

Jonathan Nathaniel Greaves, 25, of Ajax, was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of traffickin­g and possession of oxycodone for the purpose of traffickin­g.

Cory John Bulger, 38, of Park St. N., was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of traffickin­g, possession of oxycodone for the purpose of traffickin­g and possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000.

Jessica Lynn Needham, 30, of Rubidge St., was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of traffickin­g and possession of oxycodone for the purpose of traffickin­g.

Adam Felix Henry, 22 of Ajax, was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of traffickin­g, possession of oxycodone for the purpose of traffickin­g, possession of marijuana, possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000 and two counts of breach of recognizan­ce.

Robert William Hall, 27, of Mount Pleasant, was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of traffickin­g, possession of oxycodone for the purpose of traffickin­g and two counts of breach of probation.

Alannah Louise Ardila, 27, of King St., was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of traffickin­g and possession of oxycodone for the purpose of traffickin­g.

Adam LaVallee, 31, of Park St. N., was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of traffickin­g.

They were held in custody and were to appear in court Thursday.

A 17-year-old boy was also arrested and charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of traffickin­g and possession of marijuana. He was released and will appear in court Oct. 2. His name was not released under the terms of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Police seized 151 grams of cocaine, 43 grams of marijuana, 61 oxycodone tablets/pills and more than $10,000 in Canadian currency.
