BAZAAR: The St. Peter's-In-Chains CWL Christmas Bazaar runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Bishop Doyle Hall, 317 Hunter St. W., with baked goods, silent auction and crafts. All proceeds support local charities. Vendor tables are $25 each. 705868-4787.

BAZAAR: The Regency of Lakefield Christmas Bazaar from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Regency Retirement Resident of Lakefield at 91 Concession St. Residents will be selling homemade baked good and handmade crafts. Vendors will sell cosmetics, crafts, jams and jellies, Christmas centre pieces and outdoor winter planters. The tea room will serve tea, coffee or hot cider.

GO ENG GIRL: Go ENG Girl Peterborou­gh, an opportunit­y for Grade 7 to 10 girls to visit Trent University and learn about the world of engineerin­g hosted by current University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) engineerin­g students. Meet women currently studying engineerin­g at UOIT, learn about some of the things women engineers are doing and participat­e in hands-on activities.
