If you have a busy child, ages two to four, who could use some strategies to support their body and mind, consider the Little Mindful Movers classes at the Play Café, located at Brookdale Plaza on Chemong Rd. Classes, facilitated by Sonja Martin, run for four Tuesdays from 4:30 until 5:15 p.m. beginning May 2.

Kids will enjoy the parachute, large foam blocks, and balance beam while they are introduced to breath work strategies and simple movement exercises.

Games and activities focus on supporting emotional regulation and confidence building.

The cost for four classes is $48 per child. Register by calling 705-874-3517 or emailing playcafeptbo@gmail.com.
