Cathy and Larry Massey are the new owners of Chances Fitness Centre in Madoc. In operation since 2002, Chances is located at 130 St. Lawrence St E., in the former Baptist church.

Originally designed as a women’s fitness centre, Cathy and Larry have added additional equipment, to offer everything from circuit training, to elipticals, treadmills and stationary bikes, to weights and balls, to include all levels of fitness, and all genders. Heather Grieve is a registered pPhysiothe­rapist, specializi­ng in breathing re-education, clinical pilates, and bone health. Breathing pattern disorders can be treated through re-education, either in a class setting or through one on one sessions.
