BAGS OF CANNABIS SEIZED
Peterborough County OPP pulled over a vehicle for speeding just after 7 p.m. Tuesday on Highway 115. Police allegedly found clear garbage bags full of cannabis inside the vehicle. Mateusz Nagadowski, 32, of Peterborough was arrested and charged with possession for the purpose of distributing, possession of more than 30 g dried cannabis (or equivalent) in a public place and possess, produce, sell, distribute or import anything with intention to use it to produce, sell or distribute illicit cannabis. He was also charged with speeding. He is to appear in court Dec. 20.
