I would like to send a huge thumbs up to the tire shop at our local Costco.

On the weekend a screw had found its way into one of my tires.

I called the place I bought the tires, which were still under warranty, and was told they are only booking new tire sales and that I might get in the next day, but highly unlikely.

So I called Costco and they got me the next day. And there was no charge. Thanks guys!

I’m against companies that don’t provide basic customer service.

What if I was from out of town and needed to get back home?

Again a big thumbs up to the Costco tire shop!
