From Prince George provincial court, Feb. 14-16, 2017: • Raymond James Holland (born 1976) was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Holland was in custody for one day after his arrest. • Kenneth Jacob Kemp (born 1980) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond for causing fear of injury or damage. • Tonya-Jane Leona Ambridge (born 1990) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for mischief $5,000 or under and causing a disturbanc­e. • Elijah Jimmy Massettoe (born 1979) was sentenced to five days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Massettoe was in custody for two days prior to sentencing. • Nevada Porter (born 1996) was sentenced to six days in jail and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of breaching probation. • Bryan Matthew Seymour (born 1984) was ordered to pay $300 restitutio­n and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. • Chad Murphy Peter George (born 1997) was sentenced to one year probation, issued a three-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault. George was in custody for 12 days prior to sentencing. • Rene Joseph Jeffery Luggi (born 1987) was sentenced to 14 days in jail, intermitte­nt, prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while driver’s licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act. • Felisha Adele Marie Paquette (born 1985) was sentenced to three years probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed $400 in victim surcharges for two counts of traffickin­g in a controlled substance. • Sampson Nathan Raphael (born 1976) was sentenced to one year probation, issued a five-year firearms ban and assessed $400 in victim surcharges for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, assault causing bodily harm and breaching probation, committed in Vanderhoof.

Raphael was in custody for 282 days prior to sentencing. • Blayn Christophe­r Sloan (born 1997) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act. • Adam John Stayko (born 1993) was sentenced to jail time served and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under and to 12 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer. Stayko was in custody for 20 days prior to sentencing. • Donald Orin Baker (born 1979) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under. • Sheyanne Cherokee Brertton (born 1991) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. • Breanna Marie Potskin (born 1992) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. • Kenneth Paul Schmidt (born 1987) was sentenced to 90 days house arrest and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for flight from a police officer, committed in Fraser Lake. • Calista Patricia Stewart (born 1980) was sentenced to three days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for one count of breaching probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for a separate count of breaching probation. Stewart was in custody for three days prior to sentencing. • Cory Blaine Thompson (born 1980) was sentenced to 60 days in jail for trespassin­g at night, to 30 days in jail for breaching probation and to 18 months probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges on the conviction­s. Thompson was in custody for three days prior to sentencing. • Eric Wade Thor Johnson (born 1983) was sentenced in B.C. Supreme Court in Prince George to 671 days in jail, issued a lifetime firearms prohibitio­n and assessed $600 in victim surcharges for two counts of possession for the purpose of traffickin­g and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

Johnson was in custody for 171 days prior to sentencing.
