Swanson was in custody for two days prior to sentencing. • Charles Boniface West (born 1981) was prohibited from driving for two years and fined $2,000 plus a $600 victim surcharge for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08. • Kyle Joseph Alexander Hayden (born 1983) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertaking. • Jason Alexander Goodwin (born 1970) was sentenced to 16 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer. Goodwin spent two days in custody following his arrest. • Barbara Andrea Kristoffersen (born 1983) was sentenced to one year probation with a conditional discharge and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of theft $5,000 or under, committed in Fort St. James and Prince George. • Edward Herbert Perry (born 1975) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

Perry was in custody for four days prior to sentencing. • Kenneth Melvin Seymour (born 1991) was sentenced to 25 days in jail and assessed a $600 victim surcharge for assault, willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and breaching probation. Seymour was in custody for 13 days prior to sentencing. • Lloyd Peter Alexis (born 1968) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for mischief to property and breaching an undertaking.

Alexis was in custody for 24 days prior to sentencing. • Brenton Angus Kenney (born 1960) was sentenced to one year in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under. • Gloryanna Latta (born 1975) was sentenced to seven months house arrest and one year probation and assessed $600 in victim surcharges for three counts of possession of stolen property under $5,000 and one count of breaching an undertaking or recognizance. Latta spent a total of 38 days in custody on the charges prior to sentencing. • Matthew Richard Steven Lozon (born 1994) was sentenced to 31 days in jail and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for possession of stolen property under $5,000 and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Lozon was also sentenced to 18 months probation on the counts and had spent 57 days in custody prior to sentencing. • Wayne Mark Prince (born 1962) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Prince was in custody for 11 days prior to sentencing. • Kenneth Oram Joseph Proulx (born 1962) was sentenced to two years probation with a suspended sentence, issued a five-year firearms prohibition and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for assault with a weapon and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. • Andrew Antonio Manuel Santos (born 1992) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assaulting a peace officer, committed in Prince George, and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and breaching probation, committed in Mackenzie. Santos was in custody for 50 days prior to sentencing. • Brian Mark Visona (born 1970) was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to be served on an intermittent basis, prohibited from driving for five years and fined $1,500 plus a $225 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act. • Whitney Edna Christina Clayton (born 1995) was sentenced to six months probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. • Delilah Ameiia Joseph (born 1980) was sentenced to 39 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under. Joseph was in custody for 12 days prior to sentencing. • Melanie May Joseph (born 1977) was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for mischief. • Scott Lee Massettoe (born 1997) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertaking or recognizance, committed in Fort Ware. Pierre was also sentenced to one year probation on the charges. • Michael Solmundson (born 1992) was sentenced to two days in jail and 18 months probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for mischief to property and uttering threats to burn, destroy or damage property. Solmundson was in custody for two days prior to sentencing. • Harvey Kevin Charlie (born 1990) was assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of breaching probation, committed in Fort Ware. • Chad David Parkinson (born 1986) was assessed a $400 in victim surcharges for breaching probation and a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertaking or recognizance. • Manjeet Singh Bhatti (born 1975) was sentenced to six days in jail and 18 months probation for breaching probation and two counts of breaching an under- taking or recognizance. Bhatti had spent a total of 142 days in custody prior to sentencing. He was sentenced in Vancouver for the offences. • Matthew Victor Ayotte (born 1985) was sentenced to 25 days in jail, prohibited from driving for three years and fined $1,000 plus $150 in victim surcharges for driving while prohibited and driving while licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Prince George, and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of breaching an undertaking or recognizance, committed in Dawson Creek. • Dixie Lee Haskell (born 1983) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Vanderhoof. • Rowena Patrina Joseph (born 1978) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond for causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Vanderhoof. • Devin Albert Olson (born 1988) was sentenced to 19 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Olson was in custody for four days prior to sentencing. • Lyla Amanda Sam (born 1987) was sentenced to 48 days in jail for theft of a motor vehicle and to 14 days in jail for breaching probation.

Sam was also sentenced to 18 months probation and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for the offences. Sam was in custody for six days prior to sentencing.
