From Prince George provincial court, June 19-23, 2017: • Justin Lee Scott (born 1979) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond for causing fear of injury or damage. • Cody Alexander Swanson (born 1996) was issued a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Swanson was in custody for two days prior to sentencing. • Charles Boniface West (born 1981) was prohibited from driving for two years and fined $2,000 plus a $600 victim surcharge for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08. • Kyle Joseph Alexander Hayden (born 1983) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertakin­g. • Jason Alexander Goodwin (born 1970) was sentenced to 16 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer. Goodwin spent two days in custody following his arrest. • Barbara Andrea Kristoffer­sen (born 1983) was sentenced to one year probation with a conditiona­l discharge and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of theft $5,000 or under, committed in Fort St. James and Prince George. • Edward Herbert Perry (born 1975) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

Latta spent a total of 38 days in custody on the charges prior to sentencing. • Matthew Richard Steven Lozon (born 1994) was sentenced to 31 days in jail and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for possession of stolen property under $5,000 and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Lozon was also sentenced to 18 months probation on the counts and had spent 57 days in custody prior to sentencing. • Wayne Mark Prince (born 1962) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Olson was in custody for four days prior to sentencing. • Lyla Amanda Sam (born 1987) was sentenced to 48 days in jail for theft of a motor vehicle and to 14 days in jail for breaching probation.
