From Prince George provincial court, Sept. 25-29, 2017: • Cody James Douglas Baker (born 1991) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

Baker was in custody for two days prior to sentencing. • Myles Ashley Christian (born 1981) was sentenced to one year probation, issued a five-year firearms prohibitio­n for possession of stolen property, careless use or storage of a firearm, possessing a firearm without a licence or registrati­on, willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer, two counts of breaching probation and two counts of assault and assessed $1,600 in victim surcharges for and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for failing to appear in court. • Dana Campbell Desjardine­s (born 1964) was assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of breaching probation. Desjardine­s was in custody for 36 days prior to sentencing. • Jason Lloyd Lambert (born 1987) was sentenced to one day in jail, issued a lifetime firearms prohibitio­n and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for possession of a firearm contrary to an order and breaching the conditions of his release.

Lambert was in custody for 89 days following his arrest. • Tyler Gordon Hugh Barnetson (born 1994) was fined $500 plus a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving without a licence or insurance under the Motor Vehicle Act. • Wayne Kenneth Herbert Brown (born 1968) was sentenced to 461 days in jail for break and enter and committing an indictable offence, to 94 days for theft of a motor vehicle, to 60 days for theft $5,000 or under, all committed in Prince George and prohibited from driving for five years and sentenced to 30 days in jail for driving while disqualifi­ed under the Criminal Code, committed in Dunkley.

Brown was also sentenced to one year probation and assessed $800 in victim surcharges. Brown was in custody for 32 days prior to sentencing. • Zackary William Edward Isaac (born 1986) was sentenced to 242 days in jail and two years probation for attempting to take the weapon of a peace officer and to 57 days for assaulting a peace officer and assessed $300 in victim surcharges on the counts. Isaac was in custody for 99 days prior to sentencing. • Adam James Robert Gibson (born 1984) was sentenced to 14 days intermitte­nt for break and enter and commit indictable offence and possession of stolen property under $5,000, to five days intermitte­nt for a separate count of possession of stolen property under $5,000 and to three days intermitte­nt for theft $5,000 or under, Gibson was also sentenced to one year probation and assessed $500 in victim surcharges on the counts. • Misty Lynn Henry (born 1978) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $100 victim surcharge for driving while driver’s licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act. • Cody Jack Joseph (born 1996) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. • Kenneth Owen Pattison (born 1956) was fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for trap- ping without a licence, committed in Bear Lake. • Nolan James Teegee (born 1982) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond for causing fear of injury or damage. • Holly Anne Umphervill­e (born 1992) was sentenced to one year probation with a conditiona­l discharge, ordered to pay $10,884.44 restitutio­n and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for theft over $5,000. • Daniel Arvey Webster (born 1986) was sentenced to 123 days in jail and two years probation and prohibited from driving for five years for dangerous driving under the Criminal Code and flight from a peace officer, to 90 days for willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer, to 30 days for breaching probation and to seven days in jail for breaching probation and assessed $900 in victim surcharges. Webster was in custody for 146 days prior to sentencing. • Gordon Rynard Wheeler (born 1973) was sentenced to six months probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under. Wheeler was in custody for one day following his arrest. • Jennifer Marie McCrea (born 1973) was sentenced to 18 months probation with a suspended sentence and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of theft $5,000 or under. • Matthew Victor Ayotte (born 1985) was sentenced to 148 days in jail and two years probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for forcible confinemen­t. Ayotte had spent 125 in custody prior to sentencing. • Phillip Thompson Cooper (born 1966) was sentenced to 30 days in jail for possessing a break-in instrument and to 14 days in jail for breaching probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges. Cooper was in custody for 18 days prior to sentencing. • Jason Alexander Goodwin (born 1970) was sentenced to 93 days in jail for possession of stolen property and to 30 days for breaching probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges.

Goodwin was in custody for 18 days prior to sentencing. • Cody Allan Jerome (born 1984) was sentenced to seven days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation, committed in Williams Lake.

Jerome was in custody for six days prior to sentencing. • Robert Wayne Lapp (born 1982) was sentenced to 14 days in jail and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Lapp was in custody for one day prior to sentencing. • Brandon Douglas William Latta (born 1994) was sentenced to 105 days in jail for flight from a peace officer, to 90 days in jail for possession of stolen property over $5,000 and driving while disqualifi­ed under the Criminal Code and to 30 days for breaching probation and prohibited from driving for two years and assessed $700 in victim surcharges.

Latta was in custody for 49 days prior to sentencing. • Gina Ann Monk (born 1979) was sentenced to 82 days in jail and one year probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of theft $5,000 or under. Monk was in custody for three days prior to sentencing. • Leonard Lazare Poirier (born 1987) was sentenced to 21 days in jail and issued a five-year firearms prohibitio­n for assault and to five days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and assessed $200 in victim surcharges. Poirier was in custody for five days prior to sentencing. • Kenneth Melvin Seymour (born 1991) was sentenced to 165 days in jail for break and enter and commit indictable offence and to 120 days in jail for assault. Seymour was also sentenced to two years probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges on the counts.

Seymour was in custody for 50 days prior to sentencing. • Laurie Ann Strong (born 1983) was sentenced to one year probation, ordered to pay $1,254.37 in restitutio­n and assessed $900 in victim surcharges for nine counts of using a stolen credit card, committed in Dawson Creek. Strong was in custody for one day prior to sentencing. • Wendell Everett Williams (born 1971) was sentenced to 54 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

Williams was in custody for two days prior to sentencing. • Ollie James Henyu (born 1982) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $100 plus a $15 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act. • Jimmy Curtis Rossetti was sentenced to 16 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Rossetti was in custody for eight days prior to sentencing. • Blayn Christoper Sloan (born 1997) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching the conditions of his release.
