From Prince George provincial court, Oct. 2-5, 2017:

• Hank Theodore Williams (born 1973) was sentenced to one day in jail and two years probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for sexual assault and breaching the conditions of his release.

• Jacob Johan Vanderminn­e (born 1992) was fined $500 plus $150 in victim surcharges for breaching the conditions of his release.

• Shane Alan McNelly (born 1972) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

• Charles Andrew Nelson Arnold (born 1970) was sentenced to 14 days in jail, prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus $275 in victim surcharges for dangerous driving under the Criminal Code and two counts of driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act and to one day in jail and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for mischief to property and breaching the conditions of his release and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for mischief $5,000 or under. Arnold was also sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and was in custody for 18 days prior to sentencing.

• Grant Jason Poole (born 1987) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for break and enter and committing an indictable offence.

• Bryn Davis Antoski (born 1997) was assessed $200 in victim surcharges for theft $5,000 or under and breaching probation. Antoski was in custody for 15 days prior to sentencing.

• Gurinder Singh Aulakh (born 1972) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence, issued a lifetime firearms prohibitio­n and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for traffickin­g in a controlled substance, committed in Williams Lake.

• Nathaniel Lazarus Basil (born 1988) was sentenced to 28 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

Basil was in custody for eight days prior to sentencing.

• Edmond Corey Beauchamp (born 1968) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under.

• Brendan Sean Elliott (born 1982) was sentenced to 84 days in jail and 18 months probation, issued a lifetime firearms prohibitio­n and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault causing bodily harm. Elliott was in custody for 105 days prior to sentencing.

• Troy James Monk (born 1990) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

Monk was in custody for nine days prior to sentencing.

• Aurelle Alonzo Poole (born 1984) was sentenced to 45 days in jail and 18 months probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for uttering threats and breaching probation, committed in Williams Lake. Poole was in custody for 30 days prior to sentencing.

• James Robert Purcell (born 1973) was sentenced to 19 days in jail and issued a seven-year firearms ban for assault, to 15 days in jail for mischief $5,000 or under and to one year probation for breaching the conditions of his release and assessed $300 in victim surcharges on the counts.

Purcell was in custody for 26 days prior to sentencing.

• (born 1998) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond for causing fear of injury or damage.

• Johnathon Arthur Andrew St. Amand (born 1993) was sentenced to nine months probation with a conditiona­l discharge and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for mischief $5,000 or under, committed in Port Alberni.

• Jolene Victoria Rose Dundas (born 1978) was fined $300 plus a $90 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under.

• Dallas Lee Blanchette (born 1986) was sentenced to nine days in jail and one year probation, issued a two-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed $1,000 in victim surcharges for assault, possession of stolen property and two counts breaching the conditions of his release. Blanchette spent 52 days in custody prior to sentencing.

• Glenn Allen Fugate (born 1963) was sentenced to one year probation with a conditiona­l discharge and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching the conditions of his release and issued a one-year $500 peace bond for causing fear of injury or damage.

• Nikita Jean Teegee (born 1986) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for causing a disturbanc­e.

• Tyler Brent Ellery (born 1974) was sentenced to six months house arrest, prohibited from driving for 18 months and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for dangerous driving under the Criminal Code.

• Wade William Fleury (born 1996) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching the conditions of his release. Fleury was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.

• David Warren Girroir (born 1974) was fined $200 plus a $60 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Girroir was in custody for four days prior to sentencing.

• Leonard John Junior Joseph (born 1981) was sentenced to 30 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of breaching the conditions of his probation.

Joseph had spent a total of nine days in custody prior to sentencing.

• Tony Roger Kobel (born 1947) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching the conditions of his release. Kobel was in custody for 35 days prior to sentencing.

• Leif Birch Henning Myltoft (born 1977) was sentenced to one day in jail and fined $100 plus a $30 victim surcharge for causing fear of injury or damage.

• Michael Ryan Ross (born 1980) was sentenced to 90 days in jail for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose and theft $5,000 or under and to 45 days in jail for breaching probation. Ross was also sentenced to nine months probation and assessed $600 in victim surcharges on the counts.

Ross was in custody for 24 days prior to sentencing.
