From Prince George provincial court, November 20-24, 2017:

• Michael Douglas Platt (born 1981) was fined $500 plus a $150 victim surcharge for possession of a controlled substance. Platt spent four days in custody on the matter prior to sentencing.

• Marcia May Quaw (born 1974) was sentenced to six months probation with a conditiona­l discharge and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching release conditions. Quaw spent three days in custody on the matter prior to sentencing.

• Bryn Davis Antoski (born 1997) was sentenced to five days in jail and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Antoski spent five days in custody on the matter prior to sentencing.

• Justin Lang Elroy Cahoose (born 1983) was sentenced to five days in jail and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, committed in Kelowna, and breaching release conditions, committed in Williams Lake, and sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching release conditions, committed in Prince George. Cahoose spent two days in custody on the Prince George matter prior to sentencing.

• Devin Andrew Jacobs (born 1985) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching release conditions, committed in Fort St. James. Jacobs spent 11 days in custody on the matter prior to sentencing.

• David Desmond Lowley (born 1982) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Lowley spent two days in custody on the matter prior to sentencing.

• Darren Paul Culver (born 1984) was sentenced to 14 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching release conditions, committed in Kamloops. Culver spent 79 days in custody on the matter prior to sentencing.

• Alfons Richard Holtz (born 1967) was fined $500 plus a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

• Edward David Klimek (born 1959) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond for causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Mackenzie.

• Leonard Wayne L’Hirondelle (born 1979) was fined $100 plus a $30 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under.

• Oriana Louise Parker (born 1980) was sentenced to one year probation with a conditiona­l discharge and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of theft $5,000 or under.

• Dustin Michael Bryce Plourde (born 1984) was sentenced to 60 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for being unlawfully at large.

• Kyler Gregory Thomas Stevens (born 1995) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for breaching probation and willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer. Stevens spent 20 days in custody on the matters prior to sentencing.

• Candace Selina Williams (born 1984) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for theft $5,000 or under, committed in Vancouver and breaching probation, committed in Gitsegukla.

• Manjeet Singh Bhatti (born 1975) was sentenced to time served and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for breaching release conditions and breaching probation and fined $300 plus a $90 victim surcharge for willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer, committed in Mackenzie, and prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for driving while impaired, committed in West Kelowna. Bhatti spent 14 days in custody on the matter prior to sentencing.

• Stefan Alexander Sharun (born 1988) was sentenced to three years probation with a suspended sentence and ordered to pay $28,191.07 and a $100 victim surcharge for arson in relation to inhabited property. The sentence was for the Feb. 21, 2016 fire at the Lauraville Apartments in the 1800 block of Spruce Street.

• Jessica Frances Antoine (born 1992) was sentenced to time served and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching release conditions. Antoine spent three days in custody on the matter prior to sentencing.

• Frank Ambrose Bennett (born 1973) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Bennett spent eight days in custody on the matter prior to sentencing.

• Phillip Thompson Cooper (born 1966) was sentenced to 31 days in jail and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under and to 30 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Cooper spent 16 days in custody on the matters prior to sentencing.

• Edward John Desjarlais (born 1979) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

• Wakine Taryn Fox (born 1985) was assessed $300 in victim surcharges for assault and breaching release conditions. Fox spent 27 days in custody on the breach matter prior to sentencing.

• Ryan Kenneth Edward McLane (born 1983) was sentenced to two days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. McLane spent one day in custody on the matter prior to sentencing.

• Lyla Amanda Emma Sam (born 1987) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of theft $5,000 or under. Sam spent nine days in custody on one of the matters prior to sentencing.

• Logan Robert Solonas (born 1997) was sentenced to 78 days in jail and one year probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for assault and breaching probation. Solonas spent seven days in custody on the matters prior to sentencing.

• Sidney Joseph Everett (born 1972) was prohibited from driving for three years and fined $2,750 plus a $412.50 for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

• Jonathan Thomas Hill (born 1997) was issued a one-year $1,000 peace bond for breaching probation.

• Sheldon Robert Stewart (born 1981) was sentenced to time served and one year probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for theft $5,000 or under and possession of a controlled substance. Stewart spent 42 days in custody on the matters prior to sentencing.

• Ryan-Allan Hugh Danchuk (born 1977) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $700 plus a $100 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

• Raven Dancingmoo­n Parenteau (born 1992) was sentenced to 18 months probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault. Parenteau spent six days in custody prior to sentencing.

• Nicholas Christophe­r Roberts (born 1985) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond for causing fear or injury or damage.

• Victor Willier (born 1998) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed $600 in victim surcharges for assault and five counts of theft $5,000 or under. Willier spent 84 days in custody prior to sentencing.

• Cali Ronald Harold Peal-Barton (born 1994) was sentenced to seven days in jail and six months probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose and breaching probation. Peal Barton was in custody for 13 days prior to sentencing.
