From Prince George provincial court, January 15-19, 2018:

• Nathaniel Lazarus Basil (born 1988) was sentenced to 27 days in jail and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of breaching probation. Basil was in custody for 20 days prior to sentencing.

• Warren Allen Beattie (born 1975) was sentenced to 30 days in jail and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of breaching probation. Beattie was in custody for 18 days prior to sentencing.

• Carlos Goyas Romero (born 1985) was sentenced to one year probation with a conditiona­l discharge and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. Goyas was in custody for 47 days prior to sentencing.

• Karl Rudolph Joseph Habla (born 1963) was issued a one-year $500 recognizan­ce after allegation for three counts of causing fear of injury or damage.

• Delilah Amelia Joseph (born 1980) was sentenced to 54 days in jail and one year probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of theft $5,000 or under and to 30 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Joseph was in custody for three days prior to sentencing.

• David Arthur Juillette (born 1984) was sentenced to 24 days in jail and one year probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for possession of a break-in instrument and breaching probation. Juillette was in custody for two days prior to sentencing.

• Justin James Klyne (born 1993) was sentenced to 22 days in jail and one year probation and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for carrying a prohibited or concealed weapon, willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer and breaching probation. Klyne was in custody for three days prior to sentencing.

• Andrew Noren Quamme (born 1971) was sentenced to 14 days in jail and prohibited from driving for one year for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act and to five days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for being unlawfully at large.

• Rhonda Lee Tom (born 1980) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under.

• Trenal Marion Alexis (born 1998) was sentenced to four days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

• Joanna Bunny Faith Potskin (born 1971) was sentenced to nine days in jail for willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer and to two days in jail for possession of a controlled substance and assessed $200 in victim surcharges on the counts.

• Lenard Charles Chambers (born 1958) was sentenced to 14 days in jail, prohibited from driving for three years and assessed a $150 victim surcharge for driving while disqualifi­ed under the Criminal Code.

• Shayla Rae Crispin (born 1990) was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for possession of stolen property $5,000 or under, committed in Williams Lake.

• Nikkita Amelia John (born 1986) was sentenced to 20 days in jail for breaching probation and to two days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and assessed $200 in victim surcharges. John was in custody for 24 days prior to sentencing.

• Shayne Delmar Edward Pilon (born 1971) was sentenced to 48 days in jail, served on an intermitte­nt basis, and 18 months probation and prohibited from driving for two years and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for dangerous driving under the Criminal Code and possession of stolen property under $5,000 and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Pilon was in custody for 86 days prior to sentencing.

• Dean Keith Rodney Poitras (born 1956) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for causing a disturbanc­e. Poitras was in custody for 28 days prior to sentencing.

• Robert Earl Sampson (born 1984) was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. Sampson was in custody for 83 days prior to sentencing.

• Cheven John Walton Schlitt (born 1994) was sentenced to 25 days in jail and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for possessing weapon for dangerous purpose and willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Schlitt was in custody for 11 days prior to sentencing.

• Tamara Brook Sommerfeld (born 1994) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under.

• Nicholas Owen Thomas Spence (born 1986) was sentenced to 10 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

• Jennifer Roxanne Hixon (born 1991) was sentenced to one day in jail and 18 months probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under. Hixon was in custody for seven days prior to sentencing.

• Eric James Reid (born 1972) was issued a one-year, $500 recognizan­ce after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.

• Derek Glenn Domeij (born 1977) was sentenced to 30 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and to 21 days in jail for possession of stolen property over $5,000 and breaching probation. Domeij was also sentenced to 18 months probation and assessed $800 in victim surcharges on the counts as well as conviction­s for possession of a controlled substance and willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer. Domeij had served a total of 56 days in custody prior to sentencing.

• Cody Aubrey Lorntsen (born 1986) was assessed $600 in victim surcharges for four counts of breaching probation and two counts of breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. Lorntsen remains in custody on other charges.

• Hilda Ruth Schielke (born 1977) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. Schielke was in custody for 12 days prior to sentencing.

• Kenneth Melvin Seymour (born 1991) was sentenced to 12 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Seymour was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.

• Justin Kenneth Johnson (born 1980) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence, issued a five-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for assault and breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce.
