• Vern Peter Charlie (born 1977) was sentenced to three days in jail and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for breach of a probation order. He was held in custody for 20 days prior to sentencing.

• John Ryder Larsen (born 1989) was sentenced to 165 days in jail, was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $300 and was given two years probation for willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer, breach of a probation order, and possession of stolen property under $5,000. He was also sentenced to 135 days in jail, was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $200 and was given two years probation for theft $5000 and under and willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer. He was also sentenced to 10 days in jail, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $175, was ordered to pay a fine of $500 and was given a three year suspension of his driver’s licence for driving with a suspended licence. He was held in custody for six days prior to sentencing.

• Lorraine Helga Mathieu (born 1970) was sentenced for possession of a controlled substance, assault with a weapon and theft of $5,000 or under. Mathieu was given an order terminatin­g jail time until the expiration of her remaining time in custody.

• Luke Dominic Pierre (born 1980) was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for breach of an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce.

• Rene Marcel Tom (born 1972) was sentenced to 15 days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of a probation order. He was held in custody for two days prior to sentencing.

• Victor Willier (born 1998) was sentenced to 22 days in jail, was ordered to pay a $200 victim surcharge and was given 18 months probation for breach of probation and theft of $5000 or under. He was held in custody for 14 days prior to sentencing.

• Joseph James Antoine (born 1981) was sentenced to one day in jail and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for possession of a controlled substance.

• Ian Benjamin Clark (born 1985) was sentenced to 56 days in jail, was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $160, was fined $200, and was given a probation order of one year for breach of a probation order and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000. He was held in custody for 55 days prior to sentencing.

• Bryce Raymond Cote (born 1992) was ordered to pay a fine of $300 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $90 for breach of a probation order.

• Ronald Maxwell Erickson (born 1995) was fined $500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $75 and was prohibited from driving for one year for driving while prohibited or with a suspended licence.

• Alexander Charles Joseph (born 1982) was sentenced to 165 days in jail, was given a lifetime ban from possessing firearms, was given a nine month probation order and was ordered to pay a $200 victim surcharge for possession for the purpose of traffickin­g. He was also sentenced to 60 days in jail and was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for assault and breach of recognizan­ce. He was held in custody for 46 days prior to sentencing.

• Dayne Thomas Light (born 1996) was sentenced to 33 days in jail and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for theft of $5000 or under. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for breach of a probation order.

• Quentin Mackenzie Nooski (born 1982) was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for breach of probation.

• Shayla Rae Crispin (born 1990) was sentenced to 36 days in jail, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 and was given a one year probation order for possession of stolen property over $5,000. She was held in custody for 15 days.

• Stanley Robert Hill (born 1982) was given a probation order of 15 months, was prohibited from possessing firearms for five years and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $200 for breach of an undertakin­g and assault causing bodily harm. Hill was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $200 for other instances of breach of an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce and assault. Hill was held in custody for 93 days prior to sentencing.

• Chad Murphy Peter George (born 1997) was sentenced to 154 days in jail, was given a lifetime prohibitio­n on owning firearms and was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for robbery. He was held in custody for 76 days prior to sentencing.
