• Nicole Marie Blunt (born 1984) was given a probation order of 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for breach of a probation order.

• Sean Patrick Patterson (born 1971) was given a suspended sentence, a probation order of three years, a lifetime prohibition on owning firearms and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $200 for criminal harassment.

He was also ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of an undertaking or recognizance. He was held in custody for 10 days prior to sentencing.

• Ryan Michael Jacob Vigneux (born 1991) was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for breach of a probation order.

• Lynette Pamela Bellam (born 1977) was sentenced to 14 days in jail, was given an intermittent probation order for 12 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for theft of $5,000 and under.

• Debbie Lyn Frizzi (born 1957) was given a recognizance after allegation of $500 and 12 months for assault and for a lesser count of fear of injury or damage by another person. She was held for one day prior to sentencing.

• William John Morton (born 1996) was fined $500, was given a one year prohibition from driving and was ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or with a suspended licence.

• Darlyle James Brown (born 1953) was given a conditional discharge, was given a nine month probation order and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for theft of $5,000 or under.

• Blair James Hay (born 1977) was fined $100 and was ordered to pay a $30 surcharge for mischief of $5,000 or under.

• Irvin Kelsey Joseph (born 1988) was given a 12 month probation order, was given a lifetime ban on owning firearms and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $200 for possession of a non-firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized.

Joseph was also ordered to pay a $200 for breach of a probation order. He was held in custody for 34 days prior to sentencing.

• Morgan Ray Massettoe (born 1991) was sentenced to six days in jail and was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of a probation order.

• Luke Dominic Pierre (born 1980) was sentenced to three days in jail and was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of an undertaking or recognizance. He was held in custody for eight days prior to sentencing.

• Rocky James Whitford (born 1983) was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance. He was exempted from a jail sentence as well as a victim surcharge.

• Jacob Johan Vanderminne (born 1992) was fined $250 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $75 for breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

He was held in custody for one day prior to sentencing.

• Zane Alvic Peter Envik (born 1980) was given a conditional sentence of 90 days, was prohibited from driving for three years and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for driving a vehicle or vessel while impaired.

• Guido Gremaud (born 1953) was given a conditional sentence of 14 days in jail, given an intermittent probation order of 90 days, was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $75, was ordered to pay a fine of $500 and was given a one-year prohibition from driving for driving while prohibited/licence suspended.

• Sabina Heather Haskell (born 1979) was sentenced to 30 days in jail and was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of a probation order. She was also sentenced to 24 days in jail, was given a one-year probation order and was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for theft of $5000 or under. She was held in custody for 14 days prior to sentencing.

• Fabian Bryan Joseph (born 1990) was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for breach of a probation order. He was held in custody for two days prior to sentencing.

• Hilda Ruth Schielke (born 1977) was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for breach of an undertaking or recognizance. She was held in custody for 12 days.

• Adam John Stayko (born 1993) was sentenced to 30 days in jail and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for breach of a probation order.

He was also sentenced to sentenced to 48 days in jail, was given a one-year probation order and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for possessing a breakin instrument. He was held in custody for seven days prior to sentencing.

• Nikita Maria Mckay (born 1986) was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 and was prohibited from driving for one year for operating a motor vehicle while disqualified. She was also ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

She was also ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for mischief of $5,000 or under and was ordered to pay another $100 victim surcharge for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer. She was held in custody for 14 days prior to sentencing.
