• Nicole Marie Blunt (born 1984) was given a probation order of 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for breach of a probation order.

• Sean Patrick Patterson (born 1971) was given a suspended sentence, a probation order of three years, a lifetime prohibitio­n on owning firearms and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $200 for criminal harassment.

He was also ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. He was held in custody for 10 days prior to sentencing.

• Ryan Michael Jacob Vigneux (born 1991) was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for breach of a probation order.

• Lynette Pamela Bellam (born 1977) was sentenced to 14 days in jail, was given an intermitte­nt probation order for 12 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for theft of $5,000 and under.

• Debbie Lyn Frizzi (born 1957) was given a recognizan­ce after allegation of $500 and 12 months for assault and for a lesser count of fear of injury or damage by another person. She was held for one day prior to sentencing.

• William John Morton (born 1996) was fined $500, was given a one year prohibitio­n from driving and was ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or with a suspended licence.

• Darlyle James Brown (born 1953) was given a conditiona­l discharge, was given a nine month probation order and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $100 for theft of $5,000 or under.

• Blair James Hay (born 1977) was fined $100 and was ordered to pay a $30 surcharge for mischief of $5,000 or under.

• Irvin Kelsey Joseph (born 1988) was given a 12 month probation order, was given a lifetime ban on owning firearms and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $200 for possession of a non-firearm knowing its possession is unauthoriz­ed.

Joseph was also ordered to pay a $200 for breach of a probation order. He was held in custody for 34 days prior to sentencing.

• Morgan Ray Massettoe (born 1991) was sentenced to six days in jail and was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of a probation order.

• Luke Dominic Pierre (born 1980) was sentenced to three days in jail and was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. He was held in custody for eight days prior to sentencing.

She was also sentenced to 24 days in jail, was given a one-year probation order and was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for theft of $5000 or under. She was held in custody for 14 days prior to sentencing.
