From Prince George provincial court, Feb. 26-March 2, 2018:

• Joshua Allen Harris (born 1997) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

• Wade Bruce Chester Lovli (born 1964) was sentenced to 18 months probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for sexual assault and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertakin­g, both committed in McBride.

• Jeremy Bo Daniel Purych (born 1980) was sentenced to a 60-day conditiona­l sentence order and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for theft $5,000 or under and breaching probation.

• David Michael Lucas (born 1982) was sentenced to 263 days in jail for flight from a peace officer and possession of a firearm contrary to an order and to time served for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, knowingly occupying a vehicle with a firearm inside and breaching probation. Lucas was also sentenced to one year probation and assessed $800 in victim surcharges on the counts. Lucas was in custody for 59 days prior to sentencing.

• Marie Meranda Meise (born 1996) was sentenced to one year probation with a conditiona­l discharge and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault.

• Catherine Stephanie Wilson (born 1989) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under.

• Mary Lou Austin (born 1967) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Austin was in custody for 10 days prior to sentencing.

• Ian Benjamin Clark (born 1985) was sentenced to 30 days in jail, prohibited from driving for two years and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while driver’s licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Kamloops.

• Sebastian Gordon Goudreau (born 1988) was fined $500 plus a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. Goudreau was in custody for 84 days prior to sentencing.

• Bretton Tashiena McKay (born 1992) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

• Tatiana Rose Sutherland (born 1986) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under.

• Benjamin Matthew Stoneciphe­r (born 1965) was sentenced to 35 days in jail, to be served on an intermitte­nt basis, and to one year probation, issued a three-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault.

• Daniel Raymond Grant Mikkelsen (born 1964) was sentenced to 18 months probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed $600 in victim surcharges for assault, breaching probation and four counts of breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce, all committed in Mackenzie. Mikkelsen was also sentenced to one day in jail on the breaches. Mikkelson spent a total of 105 days in custody on the counts prior to sentencing.

• Rene Marcel Tom (born 1972) was sentenced to five days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Tom was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.

• Phillip Thompson Cooper (born 1966) was assessed $300 in victim surcharges for possessing a break-in instrument and two counts of breaching probation. Cooper was in custody for 57 days prior to sentencing.

• Jason Matthew Ryan Farquhar (born 1990) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed $400 in victim surcharges for theft $5,000 or under and failing to appear in court, committed in Prince George, and for two counts of breaching a recognizan­ce or undertakin­g, committed in Fort St. John.

• Brandon Douglas William Latta (born 1994) was sentenced to 28 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Latta was in custody for a day prior to sentencing.

• Nicholas Ronald Power (born 1985) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for mischief and breaching an undertakin­g. Power was in custody for a day prior to sentencing.

• Patrick Ryan Baker (born 1987) was sentenced to one year probation and fined $200 plus a $60 victim surcharge for fraud $5,000 or under. A conditiona­l sentence order for two years less a day for possession of a firearm without a licence or registrati­on and possession of stolen property was also suspended, and Baker ordered to serve 12 days in jail.

• Ryan Arnol Schnepf (born 1979) was sentenced to one year in jail and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for possession for the purpose of traffickin­g. • Marcel Abou (born 1985) was sentenced to 10 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under.

• David Allan Goyer (born 1957) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,500 plus a $450 victim surcharge for driving while impaired.

• Michael Ernest Hershey (born 1975) was sentenced to 18 months probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for assault and assault with a weapon, committed in Houston.

• Bari Dean Profaizer (born 1970) was sentenced to one year probation, issued a five-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for assault and breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce.

• Gordon James Skin (born 1951) was sentenced to 27 days in jail and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for three counts of breaching probation, committed in Burns Lake.

• Cherolli Garland Thomas (born 1989) was sentenced to nine months probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for assault and theft $5,000 or under.

• Derek Robert James Ward (born 1993) was sentenced to 34 days in jail and one year probation, issued a five-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose. Ward was in custody for 36 days prior to sentencing.

• Derek James Henry Bailey (born 1985) was issued a one-year $500 recognizan­ce after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage. • Tanya Lynn Crocker (born 1974) was sentenced to 138 days in jail, issued a five-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for pointing a firearm, to three months in jail for possessing a firearm without a licence or registrati­on, to two months for uttering threats, all committed in Quesnel and to 90 days in jail, ordered to pay $410.59 restitutio­n and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft of a motor vehicle and to 15 days in jail, fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Prince George. Crocker was in custody for 26 days prior to sentencing.
