From Prince George provincial court, April 23-27, 2018:

• Robin William Farrington Azak (born 1997) was issued a one-year $500 recognizan­ce after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.

• Zackary William Edward Isaac (born 1986) was sentenced to 22 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Isaac was in custody for three days prior to sentencing.

• Joseph Neil Johnny (born 1972) was sentenced to 22 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Johnny was in custody for three days prior to sentencing.

• David Desmond Lowley (born 1982) was sentenced to five days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

• Kenneth Raymond Bishop (born 1980) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. Bishop was in custody for 96 days prior to sentencing.

• Shane Paul Parsons (born 1989) was sentenced to 35 days in jail for possession of an unauthoriz­ed weapon and dangerous driving, to 15 days in jail for possession of stolen property and to one day in jail for breaching an undertakin­g. Parsons was also prohibited from driving for two years on the dangerous driving charge and sentenced to one year probation and assessed $700 in victim surcharges on the counts as well as mischief and two counts of theft $5,000 or under. Parsons was in custody for 32 days prior to sentencing.

• Kenneth Daniel Kirkpatric­k (born 1980) was sentenced to 30 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for flight from a peace officer. Kirkpatric­k was in custody for 97 days prior to sentencing.

• Reggie Marcel Patrick (born 1990) was sentenced to 28 days in jail and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault. Patrick was in custody for two days prior to sentencing.

• Ronald Dale Collin (born 1974) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Collin was in custody for five days prior to sentencing.

• Shannon Lee Haskell (born 1980) was sentenced to 15 days in jail and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for theft $5,000 or under and breaching probation. Haskell was in custody for eight days prior to sentencing.

• Peter Andrew Wiebe (born 1987) was sentenced to 14 days in jail, served on an intermitte­nt basis, prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $100 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

• Ryan Tyler Wiltermuth (born 1983) was sentenced to one year probation, issued a two-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

• Darcey James Zatorski (born 1953) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

• Sean Michael Bergunder (born 1995) was sentenced to 90 days in jail, served on an intermitte­nt basis, and 18 months probation and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for assault, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. Bergunder was in custody for two days following his arrest.

• Dayne Thomas Light (born 1996) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace office and two counts of breaching probation. Light was in custody for 107 days prior to sentencing.

• Brandon Thomas Beauchamp (born 1991) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed $400 in victim surcharges for assault and uttering threats. Beauchamp was in custody for 182 days following his arrest.

• Mark Juneau Peter Smaaslet (born 1995) was sentenced to 34 days in jail and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for possession of stolen property over $5,000, committed in Vanderhoof.

• Michael Campbell-Alexander (born 1996) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Campbell-Alexander remains in custody on another matter.

• Cody James Douglas Baker (born 1991) was sentenced to seven days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

• Navron Nathaniel Hoeft (born 1994) was sentenced to two years less a day and three years probation and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for sexual assault.

• Brendan Sean Elliott (born 1982) was sentenced to 30 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.
