DBIA appoints executive board

A new Downtown Prince George executive board is in place.

Returning as president is Eoin Foley (Nancy O’s and Bertulla Burning), vice president is Kirk Gable (downtown representa­tive), treasurer is Derek Dougherty (downtown representa­tive) and secretary is Valerie Eberherr (Deloitte).

“I am, once again, proud to continue on as board resident at a time when our downtown is experienci­ng exciting developmen­t and growth,” said Foley in a press release issued Tuesday.

“I am really looking forward to continuing the great work of our associatio­n with a passionate and committed board.”

The organizati­on has four new board members – Toni Schell (Serengeti North- ern BC), Wendy Giannisis (Sweet Sassy Savoury Catering Company), Jacqueline Marion (Special Beauty Parlor and Day Spa) and Robyn Holling (RBC Royal Bank). The five returning members are Ross Birchall (Wellesley Consulting Group), David Hillhouse (Majestic Management) Rod Holmes (business owner), Darren Low (City Furniture) and Philip Myatovic (PG Farmer’s Market).
