From Prince George Provincial Court, Aug. 3-9, 2018:

• Phoebe Casimel (born 1975) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for two counts of theft $5,000 or under and to time served for breaching an undertakin­g. Casimel was in custody for three days prior to sentencing.

• April Leanna Jackson (born 1991) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for possession of a controlled substance and breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. Jackson was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.

• Fernand Guy Joseph Bond (born 1957) was sentenced to time served and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for theft $5,000 or under and breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. Bond was in custody for four days prior to sentencing.

• Montana Jacklynn Lowley (born 1998) was sentenced to 12 months probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

• Tyler Allen Blangy (born 1991) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence, issued a two-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for uttering threats, committed in Fort St. James.

• Lyla Amanda Emma Sam (born 1987) was sentenced to time served and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Sam was in custody for eight days prior to sentencing.

• Shayla Rae Crispin (born 1990) was sentenced to time served and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for breaching probation, breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce and possessing a firearm contrary to an order. Crispin was in custody for 17 days prior to sentencing.

• Jason Maxie William McKeever (born 1979) was sentenced to 13 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. McKeever was in custody for four days prior to sentencing.

• Ramona Ranata Morin (born 1979) was sentence to 19 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under, to 14 days in jail for breaching probation and to nine days in jail for willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer, all committed in Prince George and to time served for breaching probation, breaching undertakin­g or recognizan­ce, committed in Surrey and Burns Lake. Morin was also sentenced to one year probation on the Prince George counts and assessed $500 in victim surcharges. Morin was in custody for 24 days prior to sentencing.

• Charles Karloy Santa (born 1991) was sentenced to 90 days in jail and one year probation and assessed $600 in victim surcharges for possessing a break-in instrument and two counts of possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose. Santa was in custody for 14 days prior to sentencing.

• Michelle Katerine Todd (born 1991) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.
