Prince George provincial court docket
From Prince George provincial court, August 10-17, 2018:
• Kevin Mark Hamilton (born 1985) was sentenced to nine days in jail for causing a disturbance and breaching probation. Hamilton was in custody for six days prior to sentencing.
• Timothy Donald Munroe (born 1969) was sentenced to 63 days in jail for possession of stolen property under $5,000 and driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code.
Munroe was in custody for 35 days prior to sentencing.
• Terrance Peter West (born 1980) was sentenced to 30 days in jail in victim surcharges for assault, possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose and breaching an undertaking.
West was also sentenced to one year probation on the assault count and was in custody for 11 days prior to sentencing.
• Jason Monte Jimmie (born 1973) was prohibited from driving for five years, sentenced to one year probation and assessed $600 in victim surcharges for driving while impaired, driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code and breaching an undertaking or recognizance and prohibited from driving for one year and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for driving while licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act. Jimmie was in custody for 261 days prior to sentencing.
• Megan Faith Glenora Rider (born 1985) was sentenced to 51 days in jail for possession of stolen property over $5,000 and to 15 days for breaching probation, both committed in McBride.
Rider was also assessed $400 in victim surcharges and was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.
• Neil Romeo Joseph Hamel (born 1975) was sentenced to 28 days in jail, prohibited from driving for three years and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act. Hamel was in custody for 12 days prior to sentencing.
• Jamie Michael Andrew Sugden (born 1991) was sentenced to 21 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.
• Bryn Davis Antoski (born 1997) was sentenced to time served and one year probation and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for two counts of theft $5,000 or under and one count of breaching probation.
Antoski was in custody for 36 days prior to sentencing.
• Amber Kathlin Murphy (born 1997) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.
• Ryan Wade Bazille (born 1980) was sentenced to time served and prohibited from driving for one year and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act and to time served and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for three counts of breaching an undertaking or recognizance.
Bazille was in custody for 47 days prior to sentencing.
• Tara Lee Cartwright (born 1973) was sentenced to time served and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of breaching an undertaking or recognizance. Cartwright was in custody for 14 days prior to sentencing.
• Daniel Raymond Grant Mikkelsen (born 1964) was sentenced to 180 days in jail for assault, to 30 days in jail for breaching probation and breaching an undertaking or recognizance and to time served for further counts of breaching probation and breaching an undertaking or recognizance, all committed in Mackenzie.
Mikkelsen was also sentenced to one year probation and assessed $500 in victim surcharges and was in custody for 16 days prior to sentencing.
• Steven Richard Stewart (born 1982) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in McBride, and sentenced to time served and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching a undertaking or recognizance, committed in Prince George. Stewart was in custody for 28 days prior to sentencing.
• Derek Robert James Ward (born 1993) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.
• Craig Anthony Niedermayer (born 1976) was sentenced to time served and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertaking or recognizance.
Niedermayer was in custody for 57 days prior to sentencing.
• Bradley Robert Foster (born 1979) was sentenced to 24 days in jail and one year probation for three counts of theft $5,000 or under, to one year probation for another count of theft $5,000 or under and to time served for willfully resisting a peace officer, a further count of theft $5,000 or under, breaching probation and two counts of breaching an undertaking or recognizance. Foster was in custody for 93 days prior to sentencing.
• Adam Drake Krushelnicki (born 1986) was sentenced to time served and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.
Krushelnicki was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.
