“Our Twilight Tour takes place in the late afternoon and early evening hours during the winter season,” says Warrick Hubbard, Director of Marketing for Ziptrek Ecotours in Whistler. “The tours run on some of the same ziplines that guests experience on the daytime tours, except you’re equipped with headlamps to light your way.”
In addition to the headlamps, the Twilight Tour has eight treetop bridges, decks, and stairs, all lit up with the soft glow of twinkling lights. It is your only chance to see the Ziptrek Ecotour course at night.
“It makes for a truly magical environment,” says Hubbard. “Catching the transition from day to night is also pretty special if you’re fortunate enough to experience the alpenglow. The Twilight Tour includes a unique combination of six distinct ziplines, whereas our standard daytime tours include five, so it is great value on top of everything else.”
