Rising 52 storeys into the sky, Century Group’s new 3 Civic Plaza fulfills a number of lifestyle needs, beginning with the fact that only a limited supply of high rise homes are available in Metro Vancouver, far less than current market demand.

Equally important, 3 Civic Plaza expands the concept of what urban living can be.
