DAZN says it improved on Sunday
DAZN says its exclusive service of streaming all NFL games live to Canadians is improving. Big time.
That does not jibe with hordes of frustrated Canadian NFL fans who again took to social media on Sunday to complain about myriad technical problems they say they continue to experience with DAZN’s Netflix-style feeds.
Many users claimed to be experiencing the same problems as Week 1. Some said Week 2 service was even shoddier.
Such comments apparently did not reach DAZN in England.
In a statement provided to Postmedia, DAZN executive Alex Rice said:
“Fans we are talking to tell us they have seen noticeable improvements from (the first) weekend. We are expecting this to continue over the coming weeks.
“We did experience some issues at the start and end of the Cowboys @ Denver game. These issues are currently being investigated internally and with our suppliers.”
