Here’s the skinny on that supposed summer bar fight involving the Ryan brothers. According to TMZ.com, neither Rex nor twin brother Rob will be charged, after a man at a bar in Nashville in June claimed the brothers assaulted him. A snippet of video that went viral proved inconclusive. Authorities in Nashville declined to file charges and the matter is considered closed, TMZ reported.
