Christmas may still be a few weeks away but you can experience the magic and enchantment of the Christmas Spirit right now at the Sea to Sky Gondola. The popular and acclaimed location celebrates the wonder of the season from now until January 7, with a full schedule of holiday activities and fun for the whole family.

Every day throughout December you can explore the magical winter wonderland of a Christmas Forest Walk through a decorated holiday trail (stroller friendly!) lined with lights and fanciful decorations. Or, if you prefer to experience a truly Canadian way of traversing the winter landscape, you can try exploring the gondola’s Panorama Trail by snowshoe (weather permitting). And, the Sea to Sky Gondola also offers one of the best snow tubing experiences anywhere.

“The gondola provides access to a winter wonderland away from the crowds and busy holiday season,” says Christy Allan, Director of Sales and Marketing at the gondola. “When it’s raining in the city, it’s often snowing at the summit.”

This coming weekend, your kids can meet the Jolly Old Elf himself, as Santa visits the gondola December local food and drink on December 15 with a Holiday Wine Pairing Dinner.

You can also enjoy a host of holiday party options at the gondola, with Traditional Christmas Lunch served daily from December 22 at the Summit Lodge, as well as a Fondue in the Mountains dinner served daily until January 2. Or, host your own private function with dinner, dancing and special winter activities customized for your group.
