White Rock’s Foster Martin offers location, luxury, community

- ROBIN BRUNET

Occasionally, a new residential development can truly lay claim to having a particular attribute that new home buyers want and that no other project has.

Then there is Foster Martin by Landmark Premiere Properties Ltd. This comprehensive community has not one but many desirable attributes that collectively elevate this offering to luxury status. The masterplanned urban community is situated in the heart of White Rock’s rapidly evolving Town Centre just blocks from that seaside community’s famous Semiahmoo Bay beaches, with panoramic views of nearby mountains to the east and to the north, Blaine, Washington and Vancouver Island.

The spaciousness of each of the three towers’ and total 334 condominiums is also noteworthy. “Foster Martin offers a wide selection of estate homes that are 2,000 square feet, all with a sea view orientation,” says W. Scott Brown, president and CEO of Fifth Avenue Real Estate Marketing.

Plus, Landmark has gone to great lengths to ensure the homes can be personalized to a far greater degree than in typical upscale condominium developments.

This is in addition to Landmark sparing no expense in providing topquality appliances, finishes and layouts thoughtfully curated by Landmark’s design team.

The homes are matched by an impressive amenities package that includes;

• InRoo,/outRoo, heLteR pool/outRoo, hot tub • HeLlth LnR fitness ,oom • Ausiness cent,e

• GLmes ,oom

• P,igLte shuttle to the waterfront, exclusive to residents

• Pe,sonLl ResiRentiLl Service by First Service

But that’s not all: when completed, the three towers, which architect IBI has staggered to resemble a series of waves lapping the shore, will be augmented by White Rock Commons, a retail and wellness space that will link the town centre with the seaside.

Unsurprisingly, the buzz generated by Foster Martin has resulted in an unusually successful pre-construction sales campaign, to the degree that construction will soon begin on two of the towers as well as a major portion of the Commons. “We’re generating tremendous interest among downsizers who are keen to take advantage of a development near water that averages only $1,000 per square foot rather than $3,000 per square foot in Vancouver,” says Brown.

Brown concludes, “We’re very excited by this project, as it accommodates everything Landmark determined via careful study what customers want in a sea view, luxury residence.”

Completion of the first Foster Martin building is estimated for late 2020. For more information visit www. fostermartin.ca
