Beckhams auctioning royal wedding outfits

-

Victoria and David Beckham are donating their royal wedding outfits to raise money for families affected by the Manchester Arena bombing.

Victoria, the former Spice Girl and designer, donned a caped navy dress from her own label for Prince Harry’s nuptials to Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, last month, while her husband went for a charcoal grey and black threepiece suit designed by Dior’s Kim Jones.

By entering an online draw, fans have the opportunity to own both outfits.

“To support the incredible work of The We Love Manchester Emergency Fund and the families affected by the Manchester attack last year, @ davidbeckham and I have partnered with @omazeworld to give you the chance to own our wedding outfits. Please visit omaze.com/beckham for details. x VB,” the 44-year-old fashion designer captioned an image of her and her husband David at the wedding on Instagram.

Tickets start at $10. Omaze offers once-in-a-lifetime experiences and exclusive merchandise to support non-profits around the world, and has previously teamed with Alexander Wang and Bono among other stars.

David made his mark as a soccer star playing for Premier League club Manchester United.

Following the bombing at Ariana Grande’s concert in the city last May, where 22 people were killed and 139 left wounded, David Beckham lent his support to fundraising efforts.

In his own message on Instagram, the 43-year-old former soccer star said: “To support the incredible work of The We Love Manchester Emergency Fund and the families affected by the Manchester attack last year, @victoriabeckham and I have partnered with @omazeworld to give you the chance to own our wedding outfits.
