RCMP seeking firebug

Coquitlam RCMP suspect a recent spate of grass fires in Port Coquitlam is the work of an arsonist. Police say one or more people has been setting fire to greenery in the area of Chine Drive and Dixon Street, most recently on May 30. Police say a pair of other fires on May 21 may be related. Police are asking anyone who saw somebody acting suspicious in the area to call the Coquitlam RCMP non-emergency number at 604-945-1550 and quote file #2018-16424.
