NDP act like tax addicts
Re: Gordon Clark column Friday on ‘school tax.’
My wife and I have lived in our house for 44 years, paid ever-increasing property taxes and spent much of our time and a great deal of money in up-keep and renovations, and yet the NDP want to tax us for any financial gain.
We are not near the $3-million value level established by the tax addicts in Victoria, but I wonder if it is just a matter of time. The property transfer tax is also nothing but theft of our money and should be abolished immediately.
I can’t wait for the next election, and pray that the NDP are sent packing. John Barnard, Langley
