DEL BIANCO, Roberto

May 26, 1950 - June 15, 2020 With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Roberto Del Bianco at the age of 70. He left peacefully surrounded by his family after struggling with Scleroderma and Interstitial Lung Disease for many years. Predeceased by his daughter Angela Michelle Del Bianco and his mother Beatrice Carla Del Bianco. He will be remembered with great love by his wife Lorraine of 46 years, his daughter Christina, his sons Daniel (Stephanie), and Anthony (Fania); eight beautiful grandchildren, Andre, Sofia, Diego, Sebastian, Marco, Sergio, Luca, and Sienna; his father Alfieri Del Bianco, his sister Laura Del Bianco (Cory), and his brother Giorgio Del Bianco (Barb). Roberto was born in Morsano al Tagliamento, Prov. di Pordenone, Italy, and moved to Canada in 1957 with his parents. Roberto was a huge AC Milan Fan and faithfully watched their games no matter what time or day. He also enjoyed playing soccer and coaching his sons and grandson (Andre). He loved taking annual trips to Mexico with his wife and friends. Roberto was a very skilled tile setter for over 28 years and his talented work can be seen throughout the City of Vancouver. He was loved and cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and a few special friends of more than 45 years (you know who you are). He left us with many treasured memories and will be forever missed. Rest in Peace my love, until we meet again. In lieu of flowers, and in memory of Roberto, donations can be made to the Scleroderma Association of B.C or the British Columbia Lung Association.
