CHAMBERS, Grace Lindsey

Lindsey passed away suddenly on June 2, 2020. She was predeceased by her mother Honor, father Jim and brother Craig. Lindsey will be deeply missed by her sister Shelley (Dave); brothers Jay (Muffet) and Randy (Carol-Anne); nieces Robin, Ashlee and Jillian; and nephews Matthew, Christopher and Jean-Philippe. Also mourning her loss are numerous relatives, a very large circle of friends and her beloved Beagle Toby.

Kind and nurturing, Lindsey chose a career well-suited to her strengths. For several years she worked as a Registered Nurse at Children's Hospital where she met many close friends with whom she kept in contact. As she transitioned from full-time to part-time nursing, Lindsey and Michael gradually spent more time on Hernando Island. She loved island life, especially the tight -knit community of great neighbours whose company she enjoyed. Hernando was Lindsey's special place.

Lindsey enjoyed life with family and friends. From summers spent growing up at Crescent Beach to time spent nursing in California and Australia, Lindsey loved to go where there was sun and fun !

Lindsey was a sweet caring soul. She typically placed the needs of others first, in spite of being faced with struggles of her own. She would regularly check in on friends and family simply to make sure they were having a good day. We will miss Lindsey's stories and laughter.

Her family is exceedingly grateful for the outpouring of support they have received from relatives and friends. There will be no service at this time due to the public health advisory
