Pal urged to lie about dead boy?

At the same time “Doomsday Mom” Lori Vallow was telling detectives what a “good person” she was, the suspected child killer’s husband was urging a pal to lie for her.

Vallow’s daughter and adopted son, Tylee Ryan, 17, and Joshua “JJ” Vallow, 7, were found dead on her husband’s rural property almost two months ago.

So far no one has been charged in the murders.

Vallow and her second husband, Chad Daybell, were devout believers in doomsday prophecies.

At preliminary testimony Monday, court heard that Daybell was desperate to get friend Melanie Gibb to lie about the whereabouts of their son.

Gibb testified in an Idaho courtroom she received a phone call in November from Daybell asking her to tell detectives that the boy was with her. He hadn’t been.

“I was not OK with it ... I had a very bad feeling in my stomach and I felt very shook up by it,” Gibb said.
