New Stealth Pack available for 2025 Range Rover Sport
Piling on special option packages is a great way for manufacturers to keep their wares top-of-mind with consumers, especially in the months and years after a new model has been introduced. Dipping the thing in a pot of inky black paint is a particularly striking (and, it must be said, relatively cost-effective) way to stoke a bit of fresh interest in a vehicle that's been on sale for a hot minute.
It's in that vein that JLR presents a new Stealth Pack for the 2025 Range Rover Sport. It kicks off with Carpathian Grey metallic paint covered with a satin protective wrap, the latter marking its first appearance on a Range Rover Sport. Contrasting against a darkened exterior trim, the film is fitted during the production process, and is said to provide a rich and contemporary satin finish without the quirks of maintenance required by true matte paints.
Additionally, since it's a wrap, scratches or damage can be erased by simply removing and replacing the film itself. RR's paint palette has been rather muted lately, so perhaps the Stealth Pack may be expanded to Firenze Red and Varesine Blue next year.
Speaking of darkened trim, look for gloss black on the hood vents, badge lettering, plus lower areas of the front and rear bumpers. A skiff of it is also applied to the side sills.
Those massive 23-inch wheels are given a similar treatment, as are the brake calipers behind them, while the roof also gets in on the gloss black action.
This package is available exclusively on the Range Rover Sport in Dynamic SE trim for the 2025 model year, meaning there will be a mild-hybrid six-cylinder engine making roughly 400 horsepower under its British bonnet; and a starting price tag of approximately C$120,000.
As an option, the Stealth Pack will carry a $10,300 premium in Canada, and we hope it will be offered with the excellent (and excellently named) Stormer Handling package. That's the C$5,600 option group that adds an electronic active diff, allwheel steering, and a dynamic air suspension.
