Niagara Falls man joins police wanted list
Police have added a new name to the Niagara’s Wanted list — and captured three of the suspects.
Danny Frail, 45, of Niagara Falls, is the new name. He is wanted for breach of probation.
Joshua Smith, 19, of St. Catharines was arrested and had his name removed. He was wanted for taking a motor vehicle without consent, fail to comply with recognizance and breach of probation.
Also removed from the list was Corrado Mallia, 32, of Niagara Falls. He was wanted for fail to comply with probation.
Patrick Morgason, 43, of Hamilton, was also taken into custody. He was wanted for mischief and two counts theft under for breaking into vending machines at the Casino Niagara Hotel in Niagara Falls.
Niagara Regional Police runs its Niagara’s Wanted program to enlist the public in locating individuals accused of crimes. The police post pictures and information on the subjects.
Charges haven’t been proven in court.
Holdovers on the list include Raymond Orcutt, 36, of Niagara Falls. He is wanted for uttering threats and assaults.
Trevor Brighty, 37, of Niagara Falls, is wanted for five counts for failure to comply with probation.
Lee Walters, 41, of St. Catharines is wanted for theft under $5,000.
Scott Sandy, 41, of St. Catharines, is wanted for three counts of theft under $5,000.
John Disher, 32, of Toronto faces 13 charges here in Niagara. They include three counts of possession of property obtained by crime, possession of a prohibited weapon, three counts of possession of a Schedule 1 substance, possession of beak and enter instruments and five counts of failure to comply with a recognizance.
Richard Bartscher, 33, of Fort Erie, who is wanted for failure to comply.
Malcolm Edwards, 23, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant. Edwards is a resident of Niagara Falls with ties to Toronto. Edwards is wanted for numerous firearms offenses including possessing a restricted firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, careless use of a firearm, possessing a firearm contrary to a prohibition order, failure to comply with recognizance and failure to comply with probation.
Terrence Rivard, 32, of Niagara Falls, is one of the holdovers. He is wanted for assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, and possession of a Schedule 2 substance.
Saundra Anne MacNeil, 29, of Mississauga is wanted for three counts of uttering a forged document.
