Crossing guard remembered

Pelham town council held a moment of silence for a former crossing guard Judy “Samantha” Rocca. She died Feb. 9 at age 64. Mayor Dave Augustyn said she was the crossing guard at Station Street and Highway 20, one of the town’s busiest intersections.
