Meeting set for Grapeview condo proposal

A proposal condominium project on Grapeview Drive is the subject of a public meeting on May 7.

The city set the meeting for 6:30 p.m. at city hall in council chambers.

The proposal is for a 16-unit development at 24 Grapeview

Drive, located between Vansickle and Martindale Roads.

The development would be on a private road and consist of 14 townhouses and one semi-detached home.

People attending the meeting can comment on the proposed draft plan.

The comments will be taken into consideration by city council when a decision is made on the application.
