Ron reaches more than 250 people weekly and he has taken that opportunity to raise the profile of our community need with a 50/50 draw each week. Ron is the first one to respond when someone on Queen (and beyond) needs help. Heart Niagara would like to thank Ron for his drive to make our community better, we all benefit from his commitment.
Emily Dupuis Watson
Emily joined Heart Niagara as an intern while she was completing her MBA. Emily joined Heart Niagara as a staff member in 2015 as a facilitator increasing physical literacy. Emily continued to volunteer tirelessly even with a demanding job a Niagara Casino’s. There is no job to small or large, Emily’s response is always “sure, what can I do”. Heart Niagara continues to benefit from Emily’s commitment to a healthier Niagara.
Rick Rose
Rick’s name is linked to music in everyone’s mind. Heart Niagara would like to recognize Rick for more than music. Rick looks everyday on how he can make a difference with businesses, community, families and youth. Rick is a true mentor and gives selflessly. Rick recently developed an opportunity to build an online platform to assist another generation of social media entertainers, change makers and educators of life. Heart Niagara congratulates Rick (and Rosa too) a family that leads by example.
