Odnokon misses amateur women’s cut
Saskatoon’s Carla Odnokon fell two shots below the cut line at the Canadian Women’s Amateur Golf Championship on Wednesday. Odnokon improved from an opening round 79 to a 77 on Wednesday, but her 16-over performance wasn’t quite enough of an improvement to get to the 14-under cut line. Saskatchewan teammates Brooke Hill and Kim Walker, both of Regina, also missed the cut, tying at 21-over. The leader after Round 2 of the tournament in New Minas, N.S. was Allisen Corpuz of Honolulu at 7-under par.
